These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Scribe ("Service"), an AI-powered content creation and publishing tool operated by Freedom Labs ("we", "us", or "our"). By using Scribe you agree to these Terms.
Scribe is a personal productivity tool that helps you draft, schedule, and publish content across channels including X (Twitter), LinkedIn, email newsletters, and web blogs. The Service uses third-party AI APIs to generate text suggestions. You remain solely responsible for any content you publish.
You agree not to use the Service to:
When you connect Scribe to your X account, you authorise Scribe to post tweets and threads on your behalf using X's API. Scribe only posts content that you explicitly approve. You can revoke this access at any time from your X account settings at twitter.com/settings/connected_apps.
Your use of the X integration is also governed by X's Terms of Service and the X Developer Agreement.
You retain full ownership of any content you create or publish using Scribe. By using the Service you grant Freedom Labs a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not sell, license, or use your content for advertising.
Scribe uses third-party AI models (including Anthropic Claude, Groq, and OpenRouter-powered models) to suggest content. AI-generated drafts may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for publication. You must review every draft before approving or publishing it. We are not liable for the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated text.
All software, design, trademarks, and branding associated with Scribe belong to Freedom Labs. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Third-party platform APIs (X, LinkedIn, Resend) may change or become unavailable without notice; we are not liable for downstream impact on your publishing workflow.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Freedom Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or business, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 4, 6, 8, 9) will remain in effect.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
