These terms are between you and Rang & Mall Private Limited (Visakhapatnam, India), which operates RM Scribe ("Scribe"). By creating an account or using Scribe you accept them. If you use Scribe for an organisation, you confirm you can bind it.
Scribe is a hosted AI content service. It drafts, schedules, and publishes LinkedIn posts, X posts, articles, and newsletters in your voice, using AI language models and the channels you connect. It is not self-hosted software; we run it for you.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules. Platforms may also suspend your account for content you publish; that is between you and the platform.
When you connect LinkedIn or X you authorise Scribe to publish on your behalf through their official APIs and to store the tokens needed to do so. Scribe does not automate likes, comments, follows, or messages. You can disconnect a channel at any time in the app.
Scribe is currently provided without a paid subscription. If we introduce paid plans we will show the price, billing period, renewal terms, taxes, and how to cancel before you are charged, and cancellation will take no more steps than signing up. If you are a consumer in the UK or EU you will have a 14-day right to cancel a paid plan unless you ask us to start the service immediately and acknowledge that you lose that right.
Scribe depends on AI providers (Google Gemini, Groq), publishing platforms (LinkedIn, X), email and notification services (Resend, ntfy.sh), and Cloudflare. Their availability and policies are outside our control. The processors we use are listed in the Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep Scribe available but do not promise uninterrupted service. You can export your data at any time by asking us. Keep your own copies of content that matters to you.
Scribe is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that published content will achieve any engagement, reach, or follower growth, or that AI output will be accurate.
To the extent the law allows, Rang & Mall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including lost business, lost data, platform suspensions, or reputational harm arising from content you publish. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 5,000 Indian rupees if you paid nothing. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing removes rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country where you live.
You can stop using Scribe and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections 3, 9, 10, and 12 survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of India and the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh have jurisdiction, except that if you are a consumer you keep the protection of mandatory consumer law and the courts of your own country of residence. Before starting any proceeding, email us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue.
We may update these terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, email account holders in advance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the new terms.
